i think there is strict action taken by the goverment against the auditor and his firm PWC because the root of scandals is start from there only. Institute of Chartered of accountats of india should take a keen attention towards the audtior of satyam who helped in this scandal.
there is search operation should be held by income tax departments aganist the satyam & Raju.

I am not surprised by this “bail application”. No doubt these people have hoarded cash somewhere and as usual the RICH WILL GET AWAY EASILY in our LAW system. Nothing new to our country and yet another case which will bring shame to our law and order

Sir, It’’s disheartening to see one of Inida’’s leading Software firm is falling like this. Its true that Mr.Raju and others should deserve the punishment in the hands of law. But in the same vein, Govt. of India should consider the plight of those 50000 odd employees. Its not 50000 individuals who are going to suffer, its their family who will be suffering. So any decision, which the law is going to take on them, should consider the family of this 50000 people. Also one should not forgot that this kind of huge fraud can not be done by one single person or family. The auditors and financial firms which were part of this scam all through this years should also be punished severely. And finally every shareholder of satyam awaits an answer for their lost money from Govt. of India and SEBI.

The Satyam Chairman Mr Raju with connivance of the independent directors,staff ,SEBI & PwC looted the Co for several years and it should not surprise anyone that there are many more Co’s in the Stock exchanges who will tumble out with the same similarity as Satyam in future.

In India it is the money which speaks our politicians,SEBI,auditors and directors are bunch characterless guys & on the top of it there several loopholes in the Law with will always encourage corruptions.

Its high time that RTI must be implemented in all the Co’s & shareholders should have unrestricted access to all a/c’s of the Co’s.

It is surprising to note such a BIG fraud in the corporate sector. As an ordinary citizen of INDIA, I feel that there are rules and regulations formed by the company law board to watch the functioning of a public listed limited company.The magnitude of fraud cannot be done by an individual without the knowledge of authorities.Therefore thorough probe is required and severe punishment should be given to all the directors and the officers involved in the scam. If Government do not take immediate action in the matter every individual will think twice to invest in any company and economy of the country will be severly affected. So it is applead through this note that this matter should not be taken lightly by the Govt, so that in future nothing like this comes up.

What auditors were doing? were they dreaming while signing the accounts? Why the bankers are keeping mum? Why they are not putting forth the accounts and saying whether the cash in hand was there in the accounts or not? If the cash was siphoned then they must give the dates on which it was done. Where this cash had been used by Raju needs to be found and all his assets,his relatives assets and the assets of all board of directors and there relatives should be attached. A.P. Govt. also has to co operate.

Dear ghotala.in team,

You don’t have any sources, what all you have are story writers. Satyam’s financial condition is not yet out and hence without that information clearing Satyam’s Officials can’t take any decision before the board meeting and board revival.

If Satyam doesn’t pay the salaries of 2 months, Satyam will gain more than 800 crores in 2 months. Boss, this will make Satyam standing again on its feet though on operations they are still working perfectly.

Atleast on the moral grounds, kindly don’t spread rumours which will affect the lives of 53000 employees and their families hence total number of people affected will be more than 2,000,00 !!!

I wish you a great success ahead and I will pray that for every illegal and immoral activity, the executors of the act must be punished irrespective of the businesses (Manufacturers, Media, IT, Technology, Auditors, Government, and many more).
